Quinnipiac University invites applications for the position of Procurement-Card Coordinator to administer and maintain the university P-Card program and to assist the Strategic Sourcing and Procurement department in all related functions.

  •     Review and monitor University issued procurement card transactions
  •     Administer and maintain the University’s travel program    
  •     Monitor compliance for Vendor Selection, P-Card and Travel Policies
  •     Work with credit card company and employees to assist in transaction disputes as well as any card related issues
  •     Provide continual audits of card transactions and reporting as needed
  •     Maintain and assist with the travel and expense software program
  •     Promote P-Card programs to vendors and assists in setup
  •     Support the procurement segment of Auxiliary Services when necessary
  •     Train the end user and personnel on P-card applications and on-line ordering applications
  •     Communicate and implement University procurement policies and procedures
  •     Responsible for other related duties as assigned

Qualifications & Special Instructions to Applicants

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Three to five years of experience in bank sponsored credit card programs
  • Experience with bank sponsored credit card program software
  • Demonstrated experience of budgeting and accounting 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Well organized with attention to detail
  • Prior knowledge of Ellucian/Colleague, preferred
