The E-learning Support Specialist provides technical support to students, faculty and staff. This part time position is responsible for a range of administrative and technical functions that support online education such as answering questions via phone, chat or email, troubleshooting, documenting and resolving customer issues and referring inquiries to other personnel.


This is a part-time position requiring evenings and weekends; 12-18 hours per week and is non-benefits eligible.

Provide technical support to both students and faculty.


Qualifications & Special Instructions to Applicants

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of technical experience
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills 
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment
  • Experience with Blackboard and/or other learning management systems as well as with troubleshooting MAC and PC



This is a part-time position requiring evenings and weekends;12-18 hours per week and is non-benefits eligible.
