The Associate Director of Learning Assessment and Evaluation will work collaboratively to develop and implement the assessment and evaluation of student learning, academic programs, curricula, and other educational practices at the University. In addition to evaluating impact on student learning, and institutional measures of success in teaching and learning, the Associate Director will also lead the analysis and evaluation of high impact practices. The ideal applicant will have experience with diverse methods for the direct assessment of student learning outcomes—especially ePortfolios, embedded course assignments, tests, etc.—indirect assessments of student learning, and be familiar with the application of learning analytics to assessment and evaluation practices. The Associate Director of Learning Assessment and Evaluation will report to the to Vice President for Academic Innovation & Effectiveness.

The Office of Brand Strategy and Integrated Communications at Quinnipiac University has an opportunity for a temporary employee. As a Temporary Digital Producer, you will work on a 3-month project optimizing content on QU.edu program pages. In this role, you will apply your project management experience, digital knowledge and strategic planning skills to the development and production of the individual content components of the program pages on www.qu.edu (video, photography, copy, etc.) and the ensuing assembly of those components into a cohesive and optimal user experience.

 

The Digital Producer will work with the marketing directors to install the optimal process and workflow, identifying needs, assigning resources and building schedules while serving as the primary communicator and coordinator on the www.qu.edu program pages.

 

This is a 3-month position and is non-benefits eligible.

Quinnipiac University’s Office of Development and Alumni Affairs is seeking a Director of Alumni & Parent Relations for the successful planning, execution, and evaluation of alumni, parent and friends engagement programming for the University.  The incumbent will develop, plan, implement and direct strategies, initiatives, services and activities that engage alumni & parents with the school and with one another. The incumbent will explore innovative ways to integrate alumni & parents into Quinnipiac’s distinctly personal, connected, and transformative learning community. 

The Director manages all functions of alumni & parent relations, including working with the Alumni Board of Governors to craft a global strategic platform that consists of programing and events annually including signature events, reunions, industry panels, and recent alumni programming. S/he will develop sophisticated metrics that measure ROI, informs decision-making, and ensure these programs support the goals of the school, e.g. development, admissions, student engagement and placement.  The Director will also lead a team while managing operations and budgets.
